Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

**For baked version:**_

  • ½ cup extra cheese
  • Optional: crushed red pepper, breadcrumbs

**For crockpot version:**

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Uncooked pasta (added later)

Instructions

  1.  **Cook the pasta** until al dente and set aside.
  2.  **In a large skillet**, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  3.  **Pour in the garlic Parmesan sauce** and heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add pasta and toss to coat. Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

_**For baked version:**_

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer pasta to baking dish, top with cheese and bake 15–20 mins until bubbly.

_**For crockpot version:**_

  1. Add chicken, broth, sauce, and cream cheese to slow cooker. Cook on low 4–5 hrs. Shred chicken, add pasta, cook 30 mins more.
